The guild is an association run entirely by students. The board is elected each year at the guild meeting, and around a hundred volunteer officials run the events, communications and company relations.

Ten board members run the guild for a calendar year. The board meets weekly and the minutes are open to members.

Guild meetings
The guild meets twice a year. The spring meeting approves the accounts, the autumn meeting elects the board. Every member has a vote.
