Values

Prodeko is the guild of industrial engineering and management students at Aalto University.

Prodeko members defined their shared values in 2016-2017, in honour of the guild’s 50th anniversary. The work began with a summer 2016 survey of students and alumni about what being a Prodeko member means to them. Alongside the traditional image of ambition and diligence, the answers kept pointing to community spirit, helping friends, respecting diversity, and accepting failure and imperfection.

The work produced five values: Think Big, Get Things Done, Learn and Grow, Give Back, and Be a Good Person.
